Where we ship

Free tracked shipping on every order to Australia and the United States. No minimum spend.

Delivery time

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days, then:

- Australia: most arrive in 6–10 business days.

- United States: most arrive in 5–11 business days.

Allow up to 15 business days during busy periods.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

Where's my order?

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your parcel says delivered but you can't find it, contact us through our contact page and we'll chase it up.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Changes and cancellations

Need to change your address or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we can't change it, but our 30-night trial still applies.
